Terms of Use

Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio ("Styled to Celebrate", "we", "us") provides this service. Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio is our brand and business name; it is not a formally registered legal entity (such as an LLC or corporation) at this time. We'll update these terms if that changes.

You need an account to generate artwork. Please give an accurate email address and use the service only if you're legally able to agree to these terms. Minimum age: 18 years old — you must be at least 18 to create an account and use the creator.

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access, reset your password right away and contact us.

• One successful new generation uses one creation.
• If a generation fails, it doesn't cost a creation — the credit is returned automatically.
• Re-downloading artwork you've already made, including from My Creations, never uses another creation.
• Purchased creations do not expire.
• Creations have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

New accounts receive one complimentary creation, once, after verifying their email address. It's limited to one per account and may not be obtained by creating multiple accounts.

Creation packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You won't be charged again unless you choose to buy another pack. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

Refunds: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if none of the creations from that purchase have been used. Once any of the purchased creations from that purchase have been used, that purchase is generally not eligible for a voluntary refund.

Failed image generations never consume a creation — the creation is returned automatically — so a failed generation is never a reason to need a refund.

When a refund is approved, the unused creations from that purchase are removed from your balance.

If a payment is disputed or charged back, the affected creations may be placed on hold and your account may be temporarily restricted while the dispute is unresolved. Once the dispute is resolved, your account and the affected creations may be restored or otherwise adjusted as appropriate.

This voluntary refund policy does not limit any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Artwork is generated by AI, so results vary and a specific result isn't guaranteed. Two identical sets of choices can produce different images, and results may contain imperfections, including spelling, lettering or typography errors.

Generated artwork is not guaranteed to be unique. Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio does not guarantee that generated output qualifies for copyright protection, or that it is free from third-party trademark, copyright, publicity or other intellectual-property concerns.

You're responsible for the choices, custom ideas and notes you submit, and for how you use the artwork you receive — including making sure your requests and intended uses don't violate anyone else's rights.

Please don't use Styled to Celebrate to:

• create anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or abusive;
• infringe trademarks, copyrights, or the privacy or likeness of others;
• misuse, overload, scrape or try to break the security of the service;
• abuse credits, payments or the complimentary creation.

Commercial use is included, with limits — you may not resell or redistribute the original standalone PNG. See the full Commercial Use rules.

Your creations are available in My Creations for 90 days. After that they are no longer available and are later deleted according to our retention process. Please download anything you'd like to keep permanently — keeping your own copies is your responsibility.

We work to keep Styled to Celebrate running smoothly, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or problems outside our control.

We may suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats or violations of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service or generated artwork, including loss of profits, business, data, or opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio's total liability for claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Styled to Celebrate Creative Studio for the creation pack giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may delete your account from the Account page after confirming your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your saved artwork and any unused creation credits are permanently removed and are not refundable. Self-service deletion is not available while a payment dispute on your account is being resolved, or while you have an unused purchase that may still qualify for a refund under our refund policy; please contact support at support@styledtocelebratecreative.com to resolve those first. Limited transaction and balance records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service grows. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
