Your privacy, in plain language

When you create an account we keep your email address, your account ID, the date you joined, and whether your email has been verified. Your password is handled by our secure sign-in system and is never stored in plain text.

We keep your current creations balance and whether you've received your complimentary creation. When you buy a pack, we record which pack, the amount, the number of creations added, the payment status, and reference numbers from our payment provider.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — Styled to Celebrate does not receive or store your full card number.

The choices, custom ideas and notes you enter are turned into instructions and sent to our image-generation provider, OpenAI, to create your artwork. If you're asked to log in mid-design, your choices are held temporarily in your own browser so you don't lose them.

Artwork you generate is saved privately in My Creations along with its title, category and date. Only you can see it while signed in. Creations are available for 90 days; after that they are no longer available and are later deleted according to our retention process. Please download anything you want to keep.

Like most websites, we and our providers process basic technical information — such as sign-in session details and the information your browser sends when loading pages — to keep you signed in, keep the service secure and make it work.

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for image generation. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

You can update your password at any time. To ask about your information, contact us at support@styledtocelebratecreative.com.

You can delete your account from the Account page after confirming your password. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It permanently removes your sign-in account, your email and profile, your remaining creation balance (unused creations are forfeited) and all saved artwork in My Creations.

Self-service deletion is not available while a payment dispute on your account is being resolved, or while you have an unused purchase that may still qualify for a refund. In those cases, please contact support at support@styledtocelebratecreative.com so we can resolve it first.

Deleting your account still removes your ordinary account and profile information, your saved artwork and your remaining creation balance, as described above. However, limited transaction, accounting, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, security and related financial records — such as the purchase amount, date, pack, Stripe payment references, and the history of creations added, used, refunded or held — may be retained for up to 7 years where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security or other legal obligations. These records are disconnected from your deleted account, but they are not fully anonymous: payment references could still allow a transaction to be linked to you. Stripe also keeps its own records under its own policies.
